Book — residents book visits from the included monthly allotment. We handle all scheduling and delivery.

Report — you get a monthly snapshot: utilization, satisfaction, visits delivered.

Visits up to 60 minutes (most take 15–30), booked by appointment — at no out-of-pocket cost within the community's allotment.
What We Never Do
Non-medical, always. No personal care, no medication management, no lifting or mobility assistance, no health advice.
No tasks outside the booked request. Ambassadors knock every time and never enter unannounced.
Every Ambassador is background-checked (criminal, sex offender, driving, references), uniformed, and photo-badged.
911-first safety protocol: Ambassadors leave any unsafe situation immediately — no penalty, ever. General liability and fidelity bond in place; your property named as certificate holder.
The 90-Day Pilot
- One dedicated Ambassador day per week at your community.
- Included resident visit allotment for 90 days (e.g., 35 visits/month on the Standard tier).
- Launch kit + weekly utilization snapshots + a day-30 operations checkpoint.
- At day 90 we show you adoption, satisfaction, and tour feedback — and give you an honest read on whether to continue.
