Flagship role

Ambassador

Ambassadors are the product. You'll visit residents in partner communities — helping with errands, pet care, tech issues, light tidying, and genuine companionship. Every visit follows our 10-step protocol: you call ahead, arrive uniformed with photo ID, and leave every home better than you found it. Strictly non-medical, always.

Who thrives here: warm, reliable people who treat other people's homes like their own.

Growth path: Ambassador → Lead Ambassador → Training & Quality.

Sales / Outreach Coordinator

You'll research apartment communities, run outreach, hold discovery calls, and close 90-day pilots. The data you collect becomes our playbook.

Who thrives here: self-starters who are organized, persistent, and genuinely curious about people.

Operations Manager

The founder's replacement in daily operations: scheduling and coverage, hiring and coaching Ambassadors, community relationships and renewals, incident response, and weekly reporting. Explicit goal: make the founder operationally unnecessary.

Growth path: Operations Manager → Director of Operations → COO.
